Refund Policy

1. Free trial

A 14-day Trial is available before paying — try the AI seller on your website for free.

2. 14 days to request a refund

You can request a full refund within 14 days of any payment (first or renewal). No reason is required.

3. After 14 days

Payments older than 14 days are not refunded, but you can cancel at any time — you will not be charged again and access continues until the end of the paid period.

4. How to request

• Via paddle.net — find the purchase by email and click “Request refund”.
• Or write to us via Settings in the cabinet with your account email and payment date.

Money goes back to the same card, usually within 5–10 business days.

5. Plan changes

Switching between Starter and Custom is prorated automatically.
